A.R.M.A.B.

Some citizens of the Council of Elders of Le Mans city were willing to highlight the memory of the Bollee family. These brilliant engineers and manufacturers deserve indeed more than an avenue, a stadium, a name on a tramway and a statue on Général Leclerc Avenue.

The objective of the association is to "build a replica of the Mancelle automobile with the support of new technologies (such as electric engines, CNC) so as to use it for tourism and promotional operations of Le Mans City." By enhancing its industrial heritage,this project would contribute to bolstering the prestige of the city of Le Mans, by : 

• HIGHLIGHTING its industrial heritage.
• DARING to take up the challenge.
• INNOVATING with new technologies.
• CONTRIBUTING to  ENHANCING THE IMAGE  of the city. 

In 2019, we wish to involve young people attending technical training in some institutions of the Sarthe department (university, IUT - (University Technology Institute) -, engineering schools, high schools), industrial players and local and regional authorities.
